Our sales, delivery and payment terms
1. General Information
Following terms are valid for all contracts, deliveries and services.Variations due to changes in the general terms and conditions of the consumer, require our written confirmation. The offers in our catalog are noncommittal and subject to change. Product variations such as colour and design, as well as technical improvements are also subject to change. We are exerted in offering you the best service and welcome all improvement suggestions.
2. Orders
Please make sure the following steps are taken, so we can process your order correctly.
- Please use the given item numbers, so we can provide an easier, faster and more secure service.
- Would you like to order by phone? Our qualified staff will gladly take your order.
- Would you like to order by email? Please send your order to info@stargym.ch. Your order will be checked and processed promptly.
- Would you like to order online? You will find our complete product listing at www.stargym-shop.ch
3. Prices
Prices are subject to change and apply for the storehouse in Bern in net prices plus postage and freight. The delivery charge is on buyers account. The stated prices include the obligatory VAT.
4. Discounts
Associations and schools are entitled to a discount. (Please inquire directly). Discount rates referr to the orders net-worth. Scholars and members are not entitled to discounts.
5. Deliveries
Shipments are made from Monday – Friday. All orders which are placed before 10AM will be processed the same day. Using the Swiss Postal Service, the shipping and freight rates will usually be the following: For small-scale orders up to CHF 50.- the shipping costs amount to CHF 6.- plus an additional CHF 5.- (for the small-scale order). For the shipment (Economy) of large-scale orders ranging from CHF 50.- to CHF 500.-, we charge 5% of the merchandise value, at a minimum of CHF 6.-. In case you desire a Priority shipment, 7% of the merchandise value will be charged, at a minimum of CHF 8.-. An order with a value of CHF 500.- and more, will be shipped free of charge, with a few exceptions such as Boxing bags and other items which exceed 100cm. These items will be shipped as bulk goods where an additional postal fee of CHF 26.- is charged.
Express shipments will be charged at the actual postage rate.
Partial shipments, if required, are permitted. Here postal packages will be forwarded free of charge. Others ways of shipment will be charged at cost price.
Shipments should arrive within 2-3 weekdays, except when a specific delivery period has confirmed.
All transport damages must be reported to the transport company immediately. (Post and other forwarding agents).All items can be purchased and picked up directly at our storehouse, whereby no postal fees are required and charged.
6. Payment
All orders are processed as soon as Star Gym Shop has received the owed amount through a prepayment or cash. Here you may choose between the following payment options:
- You may order via eshop and transfer the due amount to the Leone Shop (Postfinance) account online. Your order will be processed and shipped promptly after the due amount is received.
- You may post an order with the option „prepayment invoice“. When your order has been confirmed, you will receive an invoice per post. As soon as Leone Shop receives the owed sum, your order will be processed and shipped.
7. Reservation of Proprietary Rights
Until we have received the fully owed amount, the ordered merchandise is the property of Star Gym Shop.
8. Right to return goods
In case you are unsatisfied with a purchased item, you may return the product within 8 days on receipt. Exceptions include promotional items, custom-made products, as well as groin-protectors, gumshields etc. Please be aware that all returned items will only be accepted and refunded if unused and in the original packaging. Please return all clothing goods in the state in which you received them. Carelessly packed and returned goods lead to a considerable obsolescence of the item, which you will be charged for.
